Maryland’s Top 100 Women recognizes high-achieving Maryland women who are making an impact through their leadership, community service and mentoring. Winners are selected by past Top 100 Women and business leaders. Three time winners are inducted into the Circle of Excellence.
Nominees were asked to complete an application outlining their educational and career history, professional and community involvement, corporate and nonprofit board memberships, and mentoring experience. They were encouraged to submit letters of recommendation from those who are familiar with their accomplishments professionally, in the community and through mentoring.
Elizabeth is a Member in PK Law’s Wealth Preservation Department. She advises individuals and families on basic to sophisticated estate planning. She works closely with her clients in preparing the necessary documents including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and various forms of trusts to ensure her clients’ estate planning needs and wishes are achieved. Her depth of knowledge in estate planning, tax and charitable planning combined with the compassion she extends is greatly appreciated by her clients who are often in crisis and in desperate need of guidance. Elizabeth has assisted many clients in addressing the unique issues surrounding disabled and elderly family members; the difficult process of handling the affairs of a deceased family member or close friend; and business owners with succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, financing and day-to-day business concerns.
A graduate of The Bryn Mawr School for Girls in Baltimore, Elizabeth received her B.A. from University of Pennsylvania in 1994. In 1997, she received her Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School. After receiving her law degree, Ms. Green served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert I. H. Hammerman, then Chief Judge of the Baltimore City Circuit Court.

She currently works on planned giving with several institutions in Baltimore, including the Kennedy Kreiger Institute, serves on the steering committee of the Planned Giving Roundtable of The Associated, as a co-chair of the Jewish Professional Women of the Associated and is a member of the Board of Trustees of both the Baltimore Jewish Council, Children’s Scholarship Fund Baltimore and Bnos Yisroel of Baltimore. She is also a member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council. In 2016, Elizabeth was appointed by Governor Larry Hogan to the BOOST Advisory Board.
We are proud of Elizabeth and are honored to have her part of our team.
