Guest lifts a weight during Charlestown Home Expo
A total of 277 guests attended a St. Patrick's Day Home Expo held at Charlestown, with 15 of them becoming new Priority List members who expressed an interest in calling the retirement community their future home.
Fourteen made formal requests for follow-up appointments and two apartment homes were reserved on the spot.
As a result, Charlestown today has just 7 of its 1,459 apartment homes not spoken for.
The guests -- several of whom lifted weights in a fitness demo/exhibit -- toured apartment homes throughout the 110-acre campus. They also mingled with current Charlestown residents and feasted on gourmet cuisine.
