Pure Barre Offers Classes

Pure Barre, the largest and most established barre concept in North America, is pleased to announce its newest location in Baltimore’s Roland Park/Hampden neighborhood at The Rotunda at 711 W 40th St #158, Baltimore, MD 21211.

Studio owner Nicholette Dunleavy, a Baltimore native, will officially open the doors to her second location in Baltimore - a 1,600 foot studio - March 1, 2017. Her first studio, Baltimore-Harborside, at The Can Company in the City’s Canton neighborhood, opened in summer 2016.

This month Pure Barre Roland Park will offer a Pre-Opening Special (30 Day Membership for the reduced rate of $89) for the Roland Park studio. More information about the Roland Park Pure Barre, the pre-opening special, and free community classes in February can be found at http://www.purebarre.com/md-rolandpark.

“The one-time introductory offer, which gives members unlimited classes, is the perfect way to get the hang of the Pure Barre technique and its benefits,” explains Dunleavy.

Designed to sculpt, tone and strengthen, each 55-minute Pure Barre class is an intense, low impact workout that improves endurance, flexibility and balance. Pure Barre’s proprietary technique works to defy gravity by tapering everything in and lifting it up.

The Pure Barre franchise is designed for women, by women. Men are also welcome to attend the classes, but the workouts are specifically designed and crafted to target the areas with which many women say they struggle the most.

“I love women and being with them to do something positive,” Dunleavy explains. “The Pure Barre philosophy, coupled with our plans for involvement with nearby neighborhoods and local charities, aims to bring the community together through exercise.”
