Shapiro Sher congratulates Pat Gill on becoming a partner of the firm. Previously, Mr. Gill was an associate in Shapiro Sher’s Banking & Financial Services Group. As partner, he will continue to represent local, regional, and national banks and other financial institutions in connection with commercial finance transactions. He also counsels banks and other financial institutions in commercial loan restructurings and workouts.

Mr. Gill graduated magna cum laude in 2009 from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and was named to the Heuisler Honor Society, which recognizes the top 10 percent of the law school’s graduating class. While in law school, Mr. Gill served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard D. Bennett in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Following law school and prior to entering private practice, Mr. Gill served as a law clerk to the Honorable H. Patrick Stringer, Jr., of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
