"This acquisition is very timely, especially with the ongoing discussion about our nation's preparedness for more sophisticated engagement with our adversaries," said Charles T. Taylor, Executive Vice President, Cyber and SIGINT Business Unit, Polaris Alpha. "Intelesys is not only well aligned with our nation's spending priorities to support cyber network operations, but also best positioned to address technological changes as the cyber landscape evolves."

"We are very excited to be joining the Polaris Alpha family," said Geoffrey Bloom, President/CEO/Co-founder, Intelesys. "We feel our expertise and culture will mesh well with the Polaris Alpha team, and will undoubtedly help raise the Company's profile in the cyber and signals intelligence market."
