Paley Rothman, a full service law firm serving corporate and individual clients throughout the Washington metropolitan area, is pleased to announce that Courtenay Sullivan has joined the firm as an Associate. A member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate practice groups, Ms. Sullivan will leverage her previous experience with corporate legal issues at a global law firm, as well as her training with investment strategies at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, to help clients best meet their business and financial goals.

Paley Rothman’s diversified Real Estate practice group advises and assists clients in planning, structuring and implementing a wide-range of commercial and personal real estate transactions. In addition, the attorneys represent institutional and private lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including large tract acquisition and development loans; commercial real estate construction loans; and shopping center and office building acquisition loans. With extensive experience in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law, the firm serves as outside general counsel to business entities of all types and sizes, from start-ups to public corporations.

Ms. Sullivan received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (2016), where she was the Notes Development Editor for the American Criminal Law Review. She received her B.A., with Honors, from the University of Virginia (2013). She is licensed to practice in Maryland.
