Agency Announces Hiring of Director of Business Development, Unveils New Website

Ainsley & Co., a full-service digital marketing agency located in Baltimore, today announced that Marissa Fegeley has been hired as Director of Business Development, and the agency has launched a new website at ainsleyagency.com. These two announcements come at a pivotal point for Ainsley & Co., as the agency is poised for continued growth in 2017.

Marissa Fegeley joins the Ainsley & Co. team as Director of Business Development from SmartCEO, where she worked in business development and as a program coordinator for a variety of SmartCEO events that recognize the accomplishments of Baltimore businesses. She is a graduate of Towson University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, with a focus on advertising and public relations. 

Additionally, Ainsley & Co. recently launched a new website to showcase the agency’s expanded capabilities and growing team. Last year brought several milestones for the 6-year-old agency. In January, the company was awarded a SmartCEO Future 50 Award, which recognizes the fastest-growing companies in the Baltimore region. In February, the company moved into a new, 4,600-square foot office space in Harbor East’s Bagby Building. Several new client accounts were added to the agency roster, including DAP, Consortium Health Plans, Chesapeake Systems, InSource Solutions, Miner & Kasch, Pershing Technologies and The Highlands School. Over the course of the year, the Ainsley & Co. team grew to 20 employees, and in 2017 the agency is looking to continue hiring talented individuals in design, web development, video production, digital marketing and account services.
