Ari Abramson
Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has selected Ari Abramson as Vice President of Acquisitions. Mr. Abramson was formerly Acquisitions Officer at Alex. Brown Realty, Inc.
Mr. Abramson’s primary responsibility will encompass the identification of multifamily properties in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the country that satisfy the acquisition requirements of the company and its private equity funds.
Mr. Abramson brings nearly fifteen years of diversified real estate experience to Continental Realty Corporation. Previously to Alex. Brown Realty, he functioned as an investment banking associate at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, as well as working with Townsend Capital and Legg Mason. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Business from Muhlenberg College and a Masters in Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
Mr. Abramson is active with numerous professional and civic organizations and associations including the Urban Land Institute and the Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore’s Real Estate Industry Group. While attending college, he worked as a summer intern at the White House.
