Cushman & Wakefield has announced a realignment of two leadership positions in the Americas to drive growth across the firm’s largest region.Effective November 1, Joe Stettinius will move into a new role of Chief Executive, Americas Brokerage and Capital Markets, and Tod Lickerman will become the Chief Executive of the Americas.

Cushman & Wakefield has made significant investments in its Capital Markets and Brokerage platform through recruiting and infill M&A this year, a trajectory that Mr. Stettinius will focus on maintaining in this new role.
Mr. Lickerman will lead all of the Americas geographies, service lines and businesses drawing on his experience in building relationships that put client needs at the center of a multi-dimensional service offering.
