Nalley Fresh Founder Greg Nalley Named To The Board Of The Penn-Mar Foundation

Penn-Mar Human Services, a recognized leader in providing innovative, quality supports and services to hundreds of individuals with intellectual disabilities in Maryland and Pennsylvania, names Greg Nalley as the newest member of the board of The Penn-Mar Foundation.

Greg Nalley, of Baltimore, Md., is the founder of Nalley Fresh, the chef-driven restaurant chain specializing in bowls, wraps and salads. With eight locations in the Baltimore Metro area and northern suburbs of D.C., Nalley Fresh is gearing up to open two new locations in early November. In the past year, Nalley Fresh has partnered with Penn-Mar and its Customized Employment Program to provide job opportunities for individuals with special needs.

His role will help ensure that our innovative and pioneering programs continue to enrich the lives of the individuals we serve.”

Originally from South Carolina, Greg Nalley moved to Maryland in 1992 and attended Stratford University’s (formerly the Baltimore International College’s) School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, where he attained his degree. After 25 years in the restaurant business, he opened his first Nalley Fresh in 2011.
