Continental Realty Corporation, a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Mike Kyle to Director of Procurement. Mr. Kyle has worked with the company since 1997 and was formerly Corporate Service Director.

In his new role, Mr. Kyle will oversee the corporate purchasing functions for the company, with a focus on researching, evaluating and buying goods and services related to the residential housing industry. This includes establishing and strengthening vendor relationships, negotiating bulk purchases and accessing the effectiveness and value of previous acquisition activities.

Mr. Kyle has served in a variety of positions with Continental Realty Corporation over the past twenty years including Corporate Service Coordinator, Service Manager, New Hire Trainer and Maintenance Technician.
