Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Mid-Atlantic today announced that Roland Park Realtor Georgiana Tyler was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR). An event to honor Tyler was held September 13, 2016 in Ocean City, Md.
“We are not surprised Georgiana received this award,” said Dean Cottrill, President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Mid-Atlantic. “For nearly 40 years, Georgiana has gone above and beyond for clients and her community. We are proud to have her as part of our team.”
Georgiana is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (GBBR) Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Grievance Committee, Convention Committee and the GBBR Board of Directors, as well as a Certified Brokerage Manager (CRB); Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI); and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). She is also a member of the Greater Baltimore Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors; member of the MD/DC Certified Residential Specialists Chapter; member of the Maryland Association of Realtors, the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors & the National Association of Realtors.
"I am honored to be selected for the Maryland Association of Realtors' Lifetime Achievement Award,” said Georgiana. “I am so very fortunate that my career as a realtor has allowed me to work with wonderful clients and colleagues; to give back to the community and to represent the interests of property owners and the industry through my volunteer work."
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Georgiana prides herself on a strong commitment to the community through support of the American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, GEDCO Cares Pantry, Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, The Playground at Stadium Place, Maryland Mentoring Partnership, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Harvest for the Hungry, Toys for Tots and the Waverly Family Center.
Georgiana currently resides in Baltimore City's Bellona-Gittings community.
