Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged $10 million in agency financing for the refinance of Rollingcrest Commons, an age-restricted affordable multifamily property on a ground lease located in Hyattsville, MD on behalf of Chillum Heights Elderly Housing LP.

The 10-year, non-recourse Fannie Mae loan, provided by a DUS lender, features a competitive fixed-rate of 3.83% and a 35-year amortization schedule. This transaction was negotiated by Greysteel Director, Mark Bittenbender, and Senior Finance Associate, Brittany Wismer, who are both based in the Company’s Washington, D.C. office.

Rollingcrest Commons, located at 6060 Sargent Road, is a 140-unit age-restricted affordable multifamily community in Hyattsville, MD. The elevator-serviced property includes a fitness center, business center, clubhouse, on-site laundry facilities, an on-site management office, and secured building entry. Rollingcrest Commons offers easy access to shopping and dining at the Mall of Prince Georges and University Town Center. Residents of the community also have easy access to the Fort Totten and West Hyattsville Metro stations, servicing the Red, Green, and Yellow lines.
