Cardoni Waddell Announces Merger with Dembo Jones


New Partnership will Increase Capabilities, Expertise of Columbia-Based Accounting Firm

Columbia-based accounting firm Cardoni Waddell, LLC, today announced its merger with Dembo Jones in a joint effort to expand and increase their levels of service and expertise. As of January 1, 2016, the combined firm will operate under the Dembo Jones name. The strategic merger brings together two organizations with parallel visions of personalized client service, and will strengthen the group's position as a top full-service accounting, auditing, tax and consulting firm in the Baltimore, Washington metropolitan area.

Founded in Columbia in 1999, the CPA firm of Cardoni Waddell, LLC has enjoyed tremendous success in becoming one of the largest firms in Howard County. The association of Ed Waddell and Bob Cardoni was founded on providing proactive accounting, tax and consulting services to their clients with an emphasis on personal service beyond just the numbers. The firm provides services to a multitude of closely held businesses in various sectors, non-profit organizations and tax and financial planning to individuals.

Dembo Jones was founded in Bethesda in 1954. The firm provides individuals and businesses with a wide range of accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services.
