Bernadette Daniel, CPA, MT, has joined the Mid-Atlantic Region of CohnReznick, one of the top accounting, tax, and advisory firms in the United States, as a partner in the Firm’s Tax Practice and as a member of the Affordable Housing Industry Practice. She will be focused in the Mid-Atlantic Region, serving clients in Baltimore and helping to expand CohnReznick’s presence in the Philadelphia area.
With more than 30 years of experience, Bernadette has provided tax services to a variety of clients in the areas of real estate, not-for-profits, affordable housing, low income housing tax credits and historic tax credits. She specializes in tax related issues facing not-for-profits and also has extensive expertise in tax planning for individuals and closely-held businesses.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Bernadette worked at national and regional public accounting firms. She frequently lectures on various tax-related policies and procedures including low income housing tax credits, cost segregation studies, the tax implications for not-for-profit organizations and tax considerations for S Corporations. Her articles have appeared in the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia’s Horizon Magazine and the Pennsylvania CPA Journal.
A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Bernadette earned a Bachelor of Science, Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women-Philadelphia, Inc. and the YMCA Greater Philadelphia Wanamaker Award Committee.
