Who: Councilman Carl Stokes - 12th District, Chair of the Taxation, Finance and Economic Development Committee will join Members of the Task Force on Tax Increment Financing (TIF's) and Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT's) in a work session to help implement the policies and recommendations by which TIF's and PILOT's are awarded for this Council's Term. (2012-2015)
What: Councilman Stokes has invited Committee Members and Representatives of the Task Force on TIF's and PILOT's to join together in a working session to discuss and most importantly implement policies and recommendations that have been agreed upon by the Task Force..
When: Thursday, February 9, 2011 at 10:15 a.m.
Where: City Hall located 100 N. Holliday Street 4th floor (in the Reeves Conference Room).
