Colliers International Appoints Jeff Pfeiffer as Building Engineer In Baltimore

Jeff Pfeiffer
Colliers International in the Baltimore region, a full-service commercial real estate firm, hired Jeff Pfeiffer as a building engineer. Pfeiffer maintains buildings managed by Colliers International, and his maintenance responsibilities include lighting upgrades, plumbing and general building maintenance.
M. Lindsay Thompson, vice president of engineering and project management for Colliers International stated, "We are pleased to have Jeff join our team. Our business growth in the Baltimore region continues, and having the opportunity to bring on individuals with the experience, such as Jeff Pfeiffer, will better able us to service the 100 buildings we manage in this market."
Prior to joining Colliers International, Pfeiffer was a contractor in Hunt Valley where he repaired and remodeled homes. His work included plumbing, electrical and carpentry. In addition, Pfeiffer was a partner with Gregory | Clem & Associates, where he bid on construction projects and coordinated improvement projects with subcontractors and laborers.
