BALTIMORE-Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC (ARD&H) has named Thomas D. Kohn, Esq. a member of the firm.

"Tom Kohn exemplifies the best of what Adelberg Rudow stands for with regard to integrity, professionalism and commitment to clients," said Michael G. Hendler, ARD&H's managing member. "Our practices mesh well and we look forward to many years working together."

Bringing over 25 years legal experience, Kohn focuses his practice on business and corporate law, civil and commercial litigation and franchise law. His clients range from small entrepreneurial businesses, including health care private practices, to large privately-held companies.

"I welcome the opportunity to join the talented attorneys and staff at ARD&H. They have a wonderful collaborative environment with just the right mix of camaraderie and professionalism," said Kohn. "I look forward to providing my clients with a greater range of services and drawing on the talents of other attorneys in the firm."

Kohn joins ARD&H after serving as a principal in Lenrow, Kohn & Oliver, P.C., the firm he co-founded in 1995. Throughout his career, he has earned numerous accolades including five-time selection as a Maryland "Super Lawyer," and four-time selection to "SmartCEO Maryland Legal Elite."

A past member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City's professional ethics committee, Kohn currently serves on the Baltimore Jewish Community Center's board of directors, as well as Beth El Congregation's board of trustees.

Kohn earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated cum laude. A Baltimore native, Kohn resides in Lutherville with his wife, Shari, a pediatric dentist, and their children, Rachel and A.J.
