Baltimore, Md. -- AHC Greater Baltimore, a developer of affordable housing communities in the greater Baltimore region, today announced that James Andre Parker has been named resident services manager of MonteVerde, a 301-unit residence in Lower Park Heights neighborhood of the city of Baltimore. The announcement was made by Allison Pendell Jones, assistant director of resident services.

Parker, most recently resident services manager with the Community Preservation Development Corporation where he had served in a variety of capacities since 2005, has more than 15 years of social services experience. He is a graduate of Lincoln University and is currently attending the University of Baltimore. He resides in Baltimore.

"James' experience and expertise is an exciting addition to our resident services program at MonteVerde where the residents are primarily seniors and non-elderly with disabilities," said Pendell Jones. "Adding new activities and identifying resources that residents need to continue to live independently are important efforts in 2012," she added.
