Cvent, an event management software company, has raised $136 million in venture capital funding from New Enterprise Associates, Insight Venture Partners, and Greenspring Associates, according to a report by TechCrunch.
Headquartered in McLean, Va., Cvent was founded in 1999 and offers cloud-based software services for meeting site selection, online event registration and management, e-mail marketing, and web surveys.
