Sales activities among all eight YWGC offices gaining momentum
Baltimore, MD - Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty (YWGC), the residential real estate division of The Strata Group, has revealed its top Realtor® producers, partnerships and teams for 2010. Nine individual Realtors® were recognized for sales activities last year, while three partnerships and four different Realtor® teams were highlighted for outstanding efforts.
The top individual producers were Tom Coard of the Bel Air office; Candace Claster of the Clarkview office; Sharon Slevin of the Canton office; Angela Vavasori and Mary Widomski of the Federal Hill office; Ronnie Walker of the Phoenix office; Susan Myszkowski of the Timonium office and Patty Martin and John Wildesen of the Westminster office.
The top producing partnerships were Michelle Kahl and Kim Roberts who work together in the Bel Air office; Alex and Peter Bulkley of Clarkview and Andrea Griffin and James Baldwin who work from the YWGC Federal Hill office.
The 2010 top producing teams were The Simone Group which works from the Canton office; The Campbell Kellar Group and The Noah Mumaw Group which are both based in the Clarkview office; and the Phoenix office-based Gaylord Brooks Realty team.
"Sales activities in the company have outpaced the momentum generated in the local residential real estate sector, which generally increased due to pent-up demand and the correction of home pricing," explained Billy Yerman, CEO of The Strata Group.
