CHEVY CHASE, Md. -- NewBrandAnalytics has raised $23.19 million from a $26.5 million offering, taking in the amount from 43 investors.

It is the first offering disclosed by the D.C.-based business intelligence company whose investors include TEF3, Quest Hospitality, Cloud Capital Partners, and presumably New Enterprise Associates.

Chairman and CEO Neil Kataria is named in the filing along with co-founder and chief product officer Kam Desai, Jeff Webber from TEF3, Harry Weller and Tom Grossi from New Enterprise Associates, and William Savage.

NewBrandAnalytics provides social business intelligence solutions for the hospitality, restaurant, leisure and retail industries. Its flagship product, Social Guest Satisfaction, helps companies identify "real time key insights from guest feedback."

In July, newBrandAnalytics announced that P.F. Chang's China Bistro contracted with the company in what it termed "one of the largest transactions to date for newBrandAnalytics."
