Craftsmen Developers Executive Honored with Urban Land Institute 2011 Leadership Award

Glen Burnie, Md. -- Morgan Gilligan, vice president, business development, Craftsmen Developers, LLC, a land development firm headquartered in Glen Burnie, has recently been honored with the 2011 Leadership Award from the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Baltimore Council.

This award is only the most recent that Gilligan has received including being named a 2011 "Very Important Person "by the Maryland Daily Record as well as a "Rising Star" by the Baltimore Business Journal and the Living Classrooms Foundation.
Later this month, The Journey Home Gala, co-chaired by Gilligan, will be held. It is a major fundraising event hosted by the Baltimore City Mayor's Leadership Advisory Board of which he is a member and chair of its Fund Development Committee.
Gilligan, who joined Craftsmen Developers, LLC in late 2010, leads the firm's strategic growth and business development initiatives, including refocusing its efforts on core markets, including the City of Baltimore and Baltimore County.
