Lisa Barnhill, Jane Cummings and Mark Angelozzi bring a combined 68 years of residential real estate experience working in the Baltimore area
Baltimore, MD - Three experienced and well-known realtors -- Lisa Barnhill, Jane Cummings and Mark Angelozzi -- have joined Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty (YWGC), the residential real estate division of The Strata Group.. Last week, YWGC reported a more than 40% year-over-year increase in market share from 2009 to 2010 in Baltimore City and Baltimore County, the company's core market area.
All three Realtors, who cumulatively, have 68 years of residential real estate experience working in the Baltimore City and Baltimore County marketplaces, were most recently associated with Hill & Company, a residential real estate brokerage firm.

Lisa Barnhill, an Associate Broker has been actively working as a Realtor for more than 33 years with a focus on the marketing of residential homes, land and condominiums. Jane Cummings, who initially worked as a nurse manager for a regional academic health center, has been involved in the residential real estate industry for eight years. Mark Angelozzi brings more than 27 years of experience to Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty as a Residential Real Estate Sales Associate and Certified Residential Appraiser.
The trio worked in partnership on residential real estate listings at Hill & Company and intends to maintain this working relationship at Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty. The group's primary market area spans the Greenspring, Caves, Worthington and Western Run Valleys of Baltimore County, and also extends to Ruxton, the Falls Road corridor and Baltimore City.
