Baltimore, MD -- Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty (YWGC), the residential real estate division of The Strata Group, has initiated a search for up to 40 new Realtors to handle increased activity and volume that the company anticipates for next year. The group is searching for experienced professionals to service residential real estate requirements throughout YWGC's footprint of seven offices covering Baltimore City, as well as Baltimore, Carroll and Harford Counties.
"Our aggressive hiring mode is influenced by a number of positive and converging factors that have been building over the course of 2010," explained Michael Yerman, Founding Partner of Yerman Witman Gaines & Conklin Realty. "Reduced activity over the past eighteen months in the central Maryland region has created a tremendous pent-up housing demand, interest rates remain at historical low levels, and we are positioned at the beginning stages of a sustained influx of new residents to the state, in part powered by the Base Realignment and Closure process," he added.
YWGC is targeting a range of part-time and full-time residential real estate agents. At YWGC these agents are provided an array of personnel and technological resources and marketing assistance that typically elevates sales activity to new levels.

Last week, the Real Estate Title & Escrow division of The Strata Group announced plans to open new offices in Salisbury and Ocean City, Maryland to support increased demand and activity.
